If you are a class champion from 2025 Fall Series, use the PROMO code on the back of your free card.


NOTE:  NO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS!!!! DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME.  (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CLASS CHAMPION FREE CARDS!)


REMEMBER:  You do not have to register online for a race. You can always register at the track the day of the race.  


PLEASE BE ON TIME TO THE RACE!  SIGN-UPS WILL PAUSE BETWEEN 12:45-1:15PM. IF YOU COME IN DURING THIS TIME, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 1:15PM TO REGISTER AND YOU WILL NOT GET A PRACTICE.


Online registration will be open the week of the race by 7PM Monday & will be cut off at 7PM the Friday night before the race to give me time to enter the names into the computer.


Please make sure you sign up in the correct class. If you see an error in your registration, you need to send me an email to rominger1@msn.com to let me know of your changes ASAP. 



MEMBERSHIPS:


YOU NEED TO BUY YOUR 2026 MEMBERSHIP ONLINE. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE AT THE TRACK TO BUY YOUR MEMBERSHIP.  IT MUST BE DONE ONLINE.   WE DO NOT HAVE PAPER FORMS AT THE TRACK. 


THE WIFI MAY OR MAY NOT WORK AT THE TRACK FOR YOUR FORM TO COME THROUGH AND YOU WILL  NOT GET TO RACE UNLESS WE HAVE A FORM AND PAYMENT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP.


 YOU MUST SHOW YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD OR YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION AT THE REGISTRATION WINDOW.  YOU SLOW DOWN BOTH REGISTRATION WINDOWS WHEN YOU DON'T FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS!

NO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE SIGNUPS.  IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT RACE THAT YOU CAN ATTEND.  WE HAD A LARGE NUMBER OF ONLINE REFUNDS  AND MADE THIS CHANGE DUE TO THE PROCESSING FEES WE INCUR.  (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE CLASS CHAMPION FREE CARD RIDERS)


IF WE CANCEL A RACE DUE TO THE WEATHER, THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT RACE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE SENT OUT.

We will practice every Saturday and Sunday from Noon-5PM during the winter months and we will open select Thursdays from 4pm-8pm depending on the weather.
